Refund Policy

REFUNDS: Our policy lasts for 30 days once item received. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund anymore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible to inform us and fill in the form below; IF ONLY the item is spoiled or totally different from your purchase within the 30 days received.

You are also in charge and pay the postal charges to return the item. Also inform us whether you want a refund or exchange item for the correct product purchased.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about the purchase on color, size, design, pattern or etc.

CUSTOM ISSUES: We are not responsible for local custom issues in your country. All issues or problems associated with custom are the sole responsibility of the customer. In any case, the item did not pass through custom, we are not liable and no refund provided.
